The RapidoScan light curtain features a measurement speed that significantly surpasses all other light curtain systems currently available on the market. Each individual beam is processed within 5 µs.
This performance optimisation alone makes the light curtain extremely fast. With the RapidoScan, the duration of an entire measurement cycle depends only on the chosen number of beams. The fewer the beams, the shorter the measurement cycle. This simple linear relationship with no minimum cycle duration further improves the measurement rate.
The high speed remains undiminished even when measuring transparent objects.
